Salon Policies
 
LATE ARRIVALS
The grace period for appointments is 5 minutes only. All spa services please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we can get you situated and update our records. Please understand as a courtesy to the next appointment, if you arrive late, your services shall finish at the original scheduled time and you will be charged the full service price. Arriving too late to perform the service may also result in full charges (or equivalent deductions from gift certificates).  
 
BOOKINGS
We will need a credit card to reserve your appointment.  Your card will not be charged when scheduling your appointment. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24hrs prior. Failure to do so, or No-Shows will result in a 40% charge of all treatments scheduled for that day.(or equivalent deductions from gift certificates).  
 
GROUP BOOKINGS
Weddings, anniversaries,MINX parties, group bookings are welcome. Please call us for arrangements. Any party booking will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of services.Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, If any cancellation or lesser changes to arrangements are less that 48hrs of appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable and your appointment may also result in full charges for all services scheduled for that day.(or equivalent deductions from gift certificates).  
 
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for any service or any amount and can be purchased by phone or at the spa. Gift certificates are for one time use only and non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced certificates
 
SALON ENVIRONMENT
Please contribute to the serenity by speaking softy and silencing your cell phone when receiving services. Rude, Loud, discourteous or disorderly guest will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
 
CHILDREN
We love children, however in order for our salon to provide you and our clients with services to the best of our abilities, and for their safety, children are not allowed in the service area unless they are receiving services.Please take crying children and babies outside to keep a peaceful environment for our guests. If you will be receiving services, please make other arrangements for your little one, so that we can deliver you and others a relaxing and personable experience.Parents will be held responsible for all damages.
 
RETURN POLICY  
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on spa services, gift certificates, package series or retail products. All sales are final.
 
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please advise us in advance of any allergies to ingredients or medical conditions such as pregnancy or medication you are taking. We will advise you which treatments are best for you.
Our Licenses only allow us to work on healthy nails, skin, hair, etc. We do not treat or diagnose any disease. If we feel you have a contagious or infectious disease (fungus, warts, ringworm, lice, etc.) the service will not be provided. We recommend you see a medical professional.
